Rest and Recovery.

- A keynote on holiday rhythms for finding your flow again.

Never mess with a holy day. The morning light brings forgiveness and the afternoon solitude glows upon what is important. In the dark depth of surrender, rest is born. I look up to the stars with my back resting upon the earth. How will I ever comprehend it? Only when we are hopeless in our own efforts can a greater hope make a home in the parts of us that is empty.

You can try a control all of it, but trust me at some point you will disconnect or burnout because of all the insanity you’ll feel. Letting go is terrifying too, because what if that means everything you care about could belong to uncertainty’s randomness? I know it doesn’t really make sense right now, but it will. Once you find your flow, everything changes.
