We can participate in this conversation by using our self-reflexive consciousness. Our mind's ability to step back from ourselves to witness our own experiences and respond as we choose. What philosophers have called the infinite regress, we can now, through mastering our reflexivity, step into an infinite progress.
For everything unsolvable within us
Home is not the house, the car, a family, status and career you have always dreamed of called success. Home is a continuous return to where all your own attempts to solve what is unsolvable within you has dissolved into a clear moment of presence.

At the precipice of everything I know, I let go and with courage I become still until all the emptiness is filled with a strength that reveals itself fully in my weakness.

The soft, gentle voice came right at that moment when I was completely lost. Because I have been running and I cannot tell anymore if I am running away from it or towards it.

In that first moment of waking there is a small gap that closes the instant you bring yesterdays to do's and worries. There is a hidden world inside of you that has wisdom beyond what you can plan. This wisdom in you surpasses what you can understand.

Today we can easily see and feel the effects of stress, anxiety, hopelessness and hostility in and around us. It causes inflammation in our body that intensifies until it contributes to critical and mental illness.
What are we to do if those are the appropriate responses to what is happening in our world? How can you keep balance?
Standing on top of our promised mountain, what now?
Standing now on top of our promised mountain, as we wake up to the second part of our life, we could have never imagined to reach or see beyond. What is the landscape stretched out ahead of us? It meets us first with a question along the lines of, 'what now?' and then lifting our eyes as our being soars over the polarities and conflicts stretching out ahead and within us as we see, feel and hear both sides in a beautiful dance
Silence, can you still hear it?
Clear communication is when we experience more said, with greater understanding, in the moments of silence than with words.

Why would one choose to walk on a road knowing that one will encounter pain? Because this road is walked with freedom, and with freedom comes joy.
An invitation into one's own life
The weight of this overbearing event, that has completely taken over our lives in almost every way, has placed a question and a future before us that remains unanswered. The uncertainty in which we now find ourselves, for we do not have a map to navigate this ‘never-walked-on-before-path’, has stricken fear in the minds and hearts of us all. Where do we turn to in a time like this?
